Months ago, Time Warner announced an industry wide initiative called TV Everywhere. The system would allow cable subscribers to view new episodes of cable programs just hours after they premiere on TV. Following a cable summit in Denver this week, we now know a whole lot more about the program. TV Everywhere would require cable subscribers to log on to a website with a username and password tied to their cable account. Once logged in, viewers can watch the programs they want. These programs will have a similar ad load to normal broadcasts of the shows and will have fast forwarding disabled. Check out the link for more info.
