How effective is Klout’s new system?
Klout (a tool to measure the influence/reach of a person on social media networks like Twitter, Facebook, etc) just made some changes to their formulas. As a result, some people who depend on their stellar score for free and money shit from advertisers just saw a pretty significant drop in their scores.
