The shot shows Tom Hardy in full Bane costume pretending to break the back of one of the crew members over his knee. If you’re a Batman spaz like me, you this image immediately brings you back to the most famous of Bane moments, when he breaks the back of Batman over his knee, leaving Bats a paraplegic.

Many have theorized that this back-breaking plot will be in the new film… but there’s no way Tom Hardy would mess around taking shots like this backstage if it could potentially ruin a MAJOR plot point of the notoriously guarded Chris Nolan’s final Batman flick. OR… maybe they knew we would assume there’s no way we would think Hardy would take this pic if the back-breaking was in the movie but it really is in the movie and they’re trying to screw with us! This situation makes me feel like this:

You’ll have to follow the link below for more thorough info, but the down and dirty of the new software is that the interface now looks very similar to the well-reviewed operating system in Microsoft phones, Kinect is integrated throughout so you can Minority Report the shit out of your system, voice search seems to work a lot better now, and they are introducing a TON of apps that expand the use of an Xbox well beyond gaming (same kinda stuff you find on a web-enabled TV or Blu-ray player).

Microsoft has always intended the 360 to be the hub of a family’s ENTIRE home entertainment experience, and this is a move in the right direction. Microsoft is so excited to show you that streaming video is a HUGE part of the Xbox 360 experience that they have even moved around the tabs on the system so that the Video tab comes before the gaming tab.

All of the big boy agency holding companies are looking into their crystal balls and predicting that ad spend will be up in 2012 by somewhere in the neighborhood of 3%-4%. Some are quick to point out that we need to be careful when considering 2013 though, as we won’t have election season and London Olympics to bump things up like we will in 2012.

These wise men are also warning that pay cable providers are going to take a hit in the coming years, losing as many as 500K subscribers a year to online video providers.

Probably not… but us advertiser should because we had to sit through a fatty clip of it during VH1’s upfront presentation.

Well, that show MUST have been cancelled, right? NOPE! Not only is it not cancelled, VH1 went through the trouble to replace Stacey Dash (who quit or was fired for being an ass…whatev) for a second season. The lead role of the show will now be played by All My Children alum Denise Vasi. Whew… glad VH1 jumped on that search. That would’ve been a TERRIBLE loss.
